Learn how to navigate the platform, manage your lessons, and get the most out of your learning experience.
Getting started
After you create an account or complete your free demo, you can sign in anytime from the Sign In or Join Now buttons in the top navigation. Once logged in, you’ll land on your Dashboard (My Learning), where you see all your active programs and packages.
Dashboard (My Learning)
Your dashboard shows every program you’re enrolled in: free demo, monthly, or yearly packages. For each program you can see progress, sessions remaining, and your teacher. Use Continue learning to open that program’s page and manage sessions. Use Browse packages (in the header or sidebar) to buy another package or add more sessions.
Browsing and buying packages
From the dashboard, click Browse packages to open the session packages page. There you can choose a free demo (if you haven’t used it yet) or the Monthly Plan ($80/month for 4 one-hour lessons, billed on the 1st — cancel anytime). After you complete checkout, the package will appear on your dashboard and we’ll assign you a teacher if needed.
Booking and managing sessions
Open a package from your dashboard (e.g. Continue learning). On that package’s page you can see upcoming and past sessions, book new ones when your teacher has set availability, and view notes or assignments. Rescheduling or cancelling is also done from your learning or dashboard area.
Messages and chat
Use the Messages (or chat) icon in the top navigation to talk with your teacher, share files, and get updates. Session reminders and follow-ups are often sent there as well.
Profile and account
Click your name or avatar in the top right to open the menu. From there you can go to My Profile to update your contact info, timezone, or goals, and to Invoices to view or download receipts for your packages.
